3559AV100 下sample/vdev 无法跑通

1. 现象：
跑sample/vdec例子时出错！

2. 跟踪：
拿strace跟踪发现，最后调用libmpi库去open /dev/vdec时，设备结点不存在，报错反回。

查了一个内核，发现目前没有3559AV100下vdec相关的驱动!

3. 疑问：
请问Hi3559AV100_SDK_V2.0.1.0这版SDK是否支持VDEC？
