hi3520Dv200 更换flash（W25Q256FV）之后uboot无法识别flash

我这边直接换了flash之后，用fastboot烧入uboot，结果uboot起不来。
打印如下：

现在感觉很奇怪，这款芯片和之前用的S25FL256SAGMFIG都是16pin的而且看了下pin脚都对的上，不知道是什么原因。求指教
