3518e在线调试工具错误

在板子上执行HiIspTool时候， 发生如下错误， 刚刚有在论坛看到有帖，但是貌似没有解决。
求大神指导一下，感激不尽。因为刚刚接触 ，完全不知道是哪里的问题 。
