Micrel 的网卡芯片，支持MII和RMII接口，目前我用的模式是MII

你的内核加载的网卡驱动支持你现在用的这个网卡？如果内核没有打开这个网卡的宏定义，网络是肯定不通的！

内核配置里已经选择网卡使用MII接口、HPY地址为1，以及一些其他信息，可以看图片。

你在ubantu下面用交叉编译打开make menuconfig，在里面找到你的网卡驱动，看看有没有打开！然后在冲洗编译一下！
